Masters plans to invest more than $26 million on the development at the corner of Wyong Road and Tonkiss Street.
The site will include the Masters outlet, a vegetated riparian corridor, and public art. More than 130 local jobs are expected to be created once the Masters centre is open for business. It will be the first Masters outlet in Wyong Shire.
