This year's fair, to be staged next Saturday, October 17, will be even bigger.
More than 180 businesses will be involved this year, providing stalls and displays, fun fair activities and rides, live entertainment, and a feast of gourmet food and beverages.
The Boulevarde, town square and foreshore park will be alive with colour, music and lots of activity from 9am to 3pm.
The Boulevarde will be closed to traffic for the event.
It will become a pedestrian-friendly mall for the day.
While the fair is focused on activities and products from the greater Toronto area - extending from Teralba to Wangi Wangi - a number of visiting vendors from the Hunter and as far away as Sydney will also be involved.
So locals who attend the fair will be treated to a lot more than they would on a normal trip into town.
There will again be plenty to entertain the kids.
There will be amusement rides, a hands-on show by the Australian Reptile Park, and a cosplay (dress-up) competition.
Entertainment will be featured on three stages.
Performers from local community groups, bands and performing arts schools will be on show, and two busking stations will again be a highlight.
But most of all, there will be a stack of bargains.
Vendors will offer a range of discounts and special offers.
