The club took out the health category at the Clubs and Community Awards hosted by ClubsNSW in Sydney.
Award judges said the "top-notch medical facility" had proven to be a great asset to the community with more than 200 patients visiting it every day.
"Before the centre, patients would have to travel 20 to 30 minutes out of town to see a doctor. Prior to investing in this essential community resource, the club conducted detailed independent market research to look at what they could do to meet the needs of the community," judges said.
The centre includes a general practice, as well as pathology, physiotherapy, psychology, dietetics, podiatry, and dental services.
There is also a pharmacy, Commonwealth Bank and coffee shop.
Halekulani Bowling Club and Wyong Leagues Club were finalists in the People's Choice category.
