Price received the honour at the club's annual presentation night.
He was a shining light for the club all year, and was among the best batsmen in the Newcastle district competition.
He was awarded the TIN Cup, which is given to the club's best performed cricketer of the season, taking into consideration representative cricket.
In club cricket he scored 543 runs at an average of 36.20, including four half centuries.
He came close to cracking triple figures, falling twice in the 90s.
Price was also the team's leading wicket taker. He claimed 34 scalps at a cost of 18.24 runs each.
David McCredie won Junior of the Year.
McCredie scored 345 runs at an average of 21.56.
Toronto Workers president Aaron Gray said McCredie had stepped up his game in the 2014-15 season.
The young opening batsman scored three half centuries.
"David took on a lot more responsibility this year as an opening batsmen and he rose to the challenge," Gray said.
Nathan Hudson was awarded Batsmen of the Year for his 512 runs at 25.60, including three 50s and a high score of 113.
Medium pace bowler Brinn Osland took out first grade Bowler of the Year for his 31 wickets at 16.06.
Gray said that although the first grade team underperformed, the future looks bright for the club.
"Our seconds, thirds and fourths teams all made the semi-finals," Gray said.
"Our club is still very young; the average age of our lower grades is quite young. We need to continue our junior development program and make sure those young players start making first grade."
Gray said three players from the club's under-17s side were recently selected in the NSW training squad, which shows how strong the club's juniors are.
