The four-person ambrose event will be held on Friday, May 1.
Club chief executive officer Ian Taylor said proceeds would fund improvements to the course.
"Proceeds from past years have resulted in the purchase of a Toro boom spray unit, fairway watering to the 16th, renovations and relining works to sand bunkers, a complete rebuild of the 14th green, a new Toro Workman utility vehicle, and felling of hazardous dead trees," he said.
"Funds from this year's event will be made available to our hard-working greens committee to tackle further improvement projects on their priority list.
"The event provides an opportunity for golfers of all standards, whether members, friends, suppliers or sponsors to enjoy a fun day on the course and at the same time contribute towards raising funds that will be specifically directed towards improvements on our great golf course."
The event will feature an 11am shotgun start.
Golfers will vie for prizes, and receive a gift package, a free sausage sizzle, a post-game auction, raffle and finger food, Mr Taylor said.
Entry costs $50 per person ($200 for a team of four).
