Members of the community will have a chance to have their say to the Planning Assessment Commission, who will host the meeting at 1.30pm at Bonnells Bay Youth and Community Centre.
A spokesperson for Johnson Property Group said the marina is now moving the project forward from the concept phase to the delivery phase.
''The sought after changes in relation to the marina will not increase the number of berths or change overall design of the marina, but will primarily relate to building the marina in stages to meet commercial demand,'' they said.
Once developed the marina will have 198 residential lots, 250 tourism and residential apartments, restaurant, cafe, 300 seat conference centre and 188 floating berth marina.
