Over the weekend, the facility was the venue for the Westfield FFA Cup preliminary round 1, a game training certificate course for coaches, a level 3 assessor's course for grassroots referees, Emerging Jets trial matches and a Football Five5 birthday party and casual court hire.
The Westfield FFA Cup preliminary round 1 saw 40 teams contest 20 knock-out fixtures involving 1800 minutes of football and a whopping 124 goals.
"We witnessed . . . the potential the facility has to effectively service the multiple needs of the football community in Northern NSW," Northern NSW Football CEO David Eland said.
