Price made 95 in his team's first innings total of 201, then claimed 4-32 from 19 overs to help dismiss Wallsend for 186.
Toronto had been in trouble early at 4-26 before Price and Josiah McCredie (39) figured in a 111-run partnership. Logan Johnson was 26no.
Joshua Newell (3-11) combined with Price to help dismiss the visitors. Toronto will host Belmont in a two-day match starting on Saturday.
