Maybe you crave craft, want to work with wood, or tune into technology?
Whatever your interest, you're likely to find it at the first Linking Lake Macquarie expo at Morisset next week.
The event is hosted by Ability Links Lake Macquarie, a new support agency for people with disabilities and their carers.
Team leader Jarryd Horn said the expo would highlight activities, organisations, service providers and clubs - for people of all abilities.
"It will be a unique opportunity to bring all these local groups together in one spot to showcase what they're about," he said.
"A huge range of possibilities for connection and participation in the community will be at one location on one day; from sport and recreation groups, to art, craft, music leisure, cultural, performing arts, hobby and special interest groups," he said.
Linking Lake Macquarie will be held at Morisset Memorial Hall on Friday, January 30, from 10am to 2pm.
There will be stallholders plus workshops where participants can get a taste for a new activity while Morisset library will host some fun entertainment for children.
