The former Lisarow spinner claimed 4-45 off a marathon 26 overs as Narara were dismissed for just 135 at Harry Moore Oval.
The visitors won the toss and batted. A comfortable opening wicket partnership of 53 had them in a strong position.
Two run-outs then reduced Narara to 2-56 before Archer started the rot.
He snuck through the defences of top-scorer Matthew Friend (43) and began to turn the screws.
Left-arm seamer Dave Molan also impressed, taking 3-32 from 21 overs. Peter Gallichan (40) was among his victims.
Northern Power will resume this Saturday at 1-13.
