The home side were dismissed for just 90 in the 38th of the scheduled 45 overs.
Brendon Charlton (4-19) spearheaded the attack.
Northern Power were cruising at 0-66 before they lost six wickets on their way to overhauling the target in the 18th over.
Openers Jeremy O'Connell (46) and George Boyd (18) provided a winning platform.
Northern Power will host Terrigal at Toukley starting this Saturday.
