On Sunday, November 23, Johnson Property Group will give potential buyers a taste of what the new house and land packages at the Cooranbong development will be like.
The family-friendly event will start at 10am and feature healthy wood-fired pizzas, family activities, a coffee cart, face painting and entertainment - all of which is free.
There will also be a $1000 adventure pack give away from Freddy's Fishing and Outdoors.
When completed, Watagan Park will house 2500 lots spread over 356 hectares.
Since 2012, more than 130 lots have been sold.
The estate already has a growing community with most available blocks featuring established houses.
Along with numerous parks, the estate has a number of planned community facilities such as playing fields, a cricket pitch, a skate park and a community centre.
There is also a proposed primary school, medium-density housing, and designated commercial space.
Johnson Property Group marketing manager Mike Campbell said the estate's previous land release saw all 17 plots on offer snapped up on the first day.
Next Sunday, visitors will be able to walk through the latest in home designs from leading builders Oracle Platinum Homes and Beechwood Homes.
Oracle Platinum Homes' award-winning Manly 32 house will be on display.
It features four bedrooms, three living areas, a spacious kitchen, a double garage and an outdoor alfresco area.
All the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, and the master bedroom has an en suite and walk-in wardrobe.
Oracle Platinum Homes sales manager Lance Masters said the big benefit of Oracle is they include standard site costs in their packages.
"We also have a turn-key product, so basically everything is included - driveway, carpet, tiles, turfing - the whole box and dice," Mr Masters said.
"[Our houses are] very competitively priced, but not compromised on quality."
Beechwood Homes will unveil three brand new houses at Watagan Park.
Building and design team member Denise Kinmond said Beechwood Homes houses are functional, affordable and include a great range of inclusions.
"We are super excited to be able to showcase our popular Genesis range with three luxurious designs including two that are brand new designs," Mr Kinmond said.
The Beechwood houses on display include the the new Bordeaux Guest, the Moscato Guest, and the Merlot Four Twist.
