Fantasies regarding decisions based on unproven theories about sea level rise predictions.
Decisions that affect thousands of ratepayers.
Council staff have so far refused to admit they may have been wrong and risked their egos taking a tumble.
I suppose this decision by the elected councillors is better late than never, even though the mayor should have intervened years ago.
Keep doing what ratepayers expect, and don't allow political pressure to overcome common sense.
