Federal Member for Shortland, Jill Hall, officially launched the Sunnyfield program at Belmont on Friday.
The program is being delivered through a partnership between Sunnyfield disAbility Services and Belmont Neighbourhood Centre.
"The program will assist in developing living skills such as cooking, computer skills, arts and sport," Ms Hall said.
