One should not judge a book by its cover. Just because the front door of Morisset Memorial Hall is closed, does not mean that there is no one in it.

Perhaps Mr Walker would be better off spending time accessing their website - morissethall.org - to see just how often it is used, and the reasonable fees they charge for hiring, rather than just watching the front door.
