Most residents are not in favour of this proposal as the majority of people choose to live in the area for the lifestyle and to escape the rat race.
If this marina goes ahead, all the problems associated with living in Sydney will be delivered straight to your door.
More traffic, more pollution, more noise, more anti-social behaviour, longer waiting times for services such as doctors and medical services, longer queues for petrol, supermarkets, public transport, and so on.
The people who assess this proposal must realise that it is the residents of the area who are left to live and cope with the results of their decisions.
