A TEENAGE boy was charged with dealing drugs after he was caught allegedly carrying cannabis, cash and ecstasy tablets at Fassifern on Friday night.

About 7pm, officers from Lake Macquarie's Special Operations Group were patrolling Fassifern Road when they spotted a boy hiding in the bushes on the side of the road.
They stopped and spoke to the 15-year-old before submitting him to a search where they allegedly located numerous individual deals of cannabis, 15 ecstasy tablets, cash, scales and a mobile phone.
He was arrested and taken to Toronto police station where he was charged with two counts of possess prohibited drug; two counts of supply prohibited drug; and knowingly deal with the proceeds of crime.
He was granted strict conditional bail to appear in a children's court.
