President of the South Lake Macquarie sub-branch of the Returned and Services League (RSL), Daniel Sloan, said there are categories for all students.
"I would like to encourage all students from all schools in the area to participate," Mr Sloan said.
The theme for this year is Gallipoli.
Selected artworks will form the 2015 ANZAC art exhibition to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the famous battle.
