At about 2am today, emergency services responded to reports of a house fire on Harbord Street, Bonnells Bay.
The fire, which is believed to have been contained to the lounge room, was extinguished by Fire and Rescue NSW.
A 45-year-old woman, and three boys aged 17, 16 and 11, were taken to Wyong Hospital for treatment of smoke inhalation.
The fire is not being treated as suspicious.
