Among the performers will be students from Avondale Conservatorium, and singers from Bonnells Bay Community Choir and Morisset Uniting Church's Music Club.
Conservatorium students will perform in several small groups, showcasing a variety of musical genres. A range of soloists and duets will also perform.
Bob Starling is one of the concert organisers.
"After more than 12 months of discussion and planning on how to highlight some of the quality singing groups in the district, it is all happening this Sunday afternoon at 2pm," Mr Starling said.
"The district is well known for being very active when it comes to community groups involved in music production.
"And if this afternoon is a success, there will be more to follow."
Among the soloists will be Justin Watson, a music teacher from iPlay Music in Morisset.
"Rarely is a program such as this available in the Westlakes area so it is something music lovers shouldn't miss," Mr Starling said.
The concert will include an interval and the serving of refreshments.
Tickets cost $10 and will be available at the church door.
