When Karen Hodge was diagnosed with MS in 2010 she was encouraged by a neurologist to have medical injections three times a week, but she refused.
Instead, she researched and implemented the eight health principles when she was first experiencing her symptoms.
"Those symptoms started to reverse in three weeks," she said.
Ms Hodge said she has never taken medications for MS.
"The book that these principles are taken from is a Christian book and the principles can be traced back to the Bible. They are natural, inexpensive and easy to implement," she said.
People with lifestyle diseases such as obesity, diabetes, circulation problems, heart issues, arthritis, even cancer could benefit from the seminar, she said.
Ms Hodge will be the main speaker at the Improve Your Health Naturally seminar which begins on Sunday, May 18, at 1.30pm, at Blue Haven Community Centre. Bookings are essential. Call Karen on 0417 787780.
