I WAS initially delighted to see that Wyong Council has not included my suburb of Windermere Park in its list of areas to be included in the proposed shire boundary change (Mayor tells Wyong 'lift your game', Lakes Mail, April 17).

We can stay with Lake Macquarie Council.
However a moment's consideration of the surrounding areas suggests that Windermere Park has simply been forgotten, or ignored, by the council.
That does not bode well for the future.
