The expo, at Belmont 16ft Sailing Club, promises to showcase keys to living longer, better and happier.
More than 30 exhibitors will be on show.
Event co-ordinator Jenny Barrie said there would be something for everyone.
Exhibitors will showcase goods and services relating to everything from diet and exercise to travel, social media and retirement planning.
"And they'll show what volunteering is all about and other great ways to live a full and enjoyable life," Ms Barrie said.
"Whether you are 40 or 80, we urge you to come along."
At midday, Carly and Tresne will host a cooking demonstration with expert advice from a dietitian.
The Australian Academy of Tai Chi will host a display on the deck overlooking beautiful Belmont Bay.
And representatives from Belmont Neighbourhood Centre's Men's Shed and community garden programs will also be on hand.
"The ladies will love the skin care and make-up stalls, and the health and fitness experts," Ms Barrie said.
"Lions International and a host of wonderful charitable organisations, together with Centrelink, and local and state government organisations, will have valuable information at the expo."
The Belmont Healthy Lifestyle Expo is a non-smoking event.
There's plenty of parking, and entry is free.
