A FREE seminar designed to help parents protect their children while using social media such as Facebook will be held at Toronto Workers Club next Wednesday at 7pm.
It is part of a 'Building Better Families' program formed by a partnership between Thrive Church at Rathmines, Toronto High School and Charlton Christian College.
Thrive Church's executive pastor Scott Tisdell said the seminar would aim to bridge the knowledge gap between parents and kids to enable better parenting around social media issues.
