TORONTO professional golfer Nathan Green will continue his campaign to claim the winner-takes-all $1 million Kodak Challenge when he tees off in the Justin Timberlake US PGA Tour event in Las Vegas tomorrow (Australian time).

Four events remain and the Toronto 34-year-old shares second place at 12 under with Americans Jason Gore and J J Henry, one shot behind leader Kevin Streelman.

Introduced this year, the challenge tests players on a pre-determined hole at each of the 30 tournaments.

Players must contest at least 18 of the 30 holes to be eligible to win, and their best score over 18 holes will be counted.

The 560-yard (512-metre) par-five 16th has been designated as the challenge hole for the Timberlake event.

Meanwhile, the annual Toronto Cup will be played on Saturday, November 21, at Toronto Country Club, which will host this year's Newcastle District Golf Association Championships the following day.
