Hung up on motorists using mobile phones

22 Dec, 2011 12:00 AM
I RIDE a motorcycle from Lambton to Toronto six days a week and am amazed by the number of people on their mobiles.

The disregard they have for fellow road users is astounding.

I see mums with kids in the back. I look at them and shake my head - and they beep at me and give me the bird. Young blokes, too, but worst by far are young women.

I know when someone's on the phone, because they swerve all over the road. I see it all the time.
