The deal has been described by Dowling partners as an exciting but logical merger of property management skills and assets.

They say it is a deal virtually guaranteeing that Toronto will boast the most comprehensive coverage of preferred property management services in West Lake Macquarie.

Senior Dowling partner responsible for property management, Hetty Fedley, said the Dowling team would continue to provide its highly regarded property management services under the auspices of Hooker Toronto.

"It will still be us providing the same high quality product but with a different name on the box and there will be an even greater level of service and benefits for local landlords," Ms Fedley said.

"We settled on a deal with Hooker Toronto because of the company's reputation as professionals and its proven capabilities. Remember, we have worked alongside LJ Hooker Toronto for more than two decades and that includes myself personally," Ms Fedley said.
