WHEN it comes to pushing the boat out for open air activities and education, Avondale is fast becoming recognised as a specialist campus.
The Cooranbong school recently launched a kayak program as part its rapidly growing Outdoor Education projects.
"The idea is to expose students to a broader range of physical and social opportunities and beyond all the research and scientific jargon, sea kayaking is simply loads of fun," said Avondale spokesperson Susan Rogers.
