LAKE Macquarie City Council's Customer Service Centre and libraries will close for Christmas at noon tomorrow (Friday).
They will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day and for the public holidays on Tuesday, December 27, and Monday, January 2.
City beaches will be patrolled, as usual, but Awaba Waste Disposal Site will be closed only on Christmas Day.
Domestic and recyclable waste collection will continue, as normal, throughout the Christmas and New Year period.
