SEVERAL churches in the region will host mass on Christmas Day.
St John Vianney Church, at Morisset, will host a Christmas Day service at 9.30am.
Morisset Baptist Church will begin its service at 9am.
Christ the King Anglican Church, at Toronto, will have its service at 8.30am. Morisset Uniting Church will also begin its service at 8.30am.
Thrive Church will host a Christmas Day service at Rathmines School Hall from 9am to 10am.
A Christmas Eve service will be held at Lakeside Seventh-Day Adventist Church at 11am, and at the same time at Avondale Memorial Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
The Salvation Army will host a Christmas Eve service, featuring the Newcastle Salvation Army Band, at 5.45pm at its Bolton Point facility.
