COUNTRY music star Gina Jeffreys (pictured) has urged locals to take their picnic blanket and their loudest singing voice to Mingara on Sunday, December 18.
The Central Coast singer will be among the impressive entertainment line-up at Mingara's Christmas Under the Stars.
Hosted by Sea FM's Paddy, Ciel and Dan, the annual event is held on the field at Gatorade Regional Athletics Centre.
Also on stage will be Australian music icon Daryl Braithwaite and a range of local performers.
Stalls, amusement rides and a spectacular fireworks display will also be on offer.
Cost is $5 per person with children under 12 years admitted free.
The ticket booth opens at 3pm and gates open at 4pm for those wishing to get in early and secure a good spot.
Entertainment kicks off at 5pm and the fireworks will launch at 9pm.
